The folks at All4Pet were kind enough to provide me with this dog harness in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
We used this harness on my sister-in-law's 70 lb springer spaniel german short hair pointer lab mix. They own a Wonder Walker that pulls more on his front than they'd like and prefer this design over their other.
Uploading some photos so you can get a closer look. The online description says this is for up to 30-inch width but the packaging says up to 28-inch. This harness just barely fits at the largest adjustments (adjustable in 4 areas). There's room for 2 fingers inside all around but we're concerned it may be too snug for Cooper's comfort.
Would prefer a larger fit and due to conflicting size information between the description and packaging, I rated it 4 stars rather than 5. It depends on how snug of a fit you'd prefer for your dog but a nice design overall. Hope this is helpful.
