The folks at Angvns were kind enough to provide me with this dress (color: Blue, size: Large) in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
First off, I've ordered a number of dresses from this seller and this brand and their fabrics tend to be forgiving. Based on the size info in the product description I could have ordered a Medium but sized up because of my hips. If you're in the same boat as me, I'd suggest going with the smaller size.
For reference, I'm 5'2". I typically wear a size 6, 32C bust, 29" waist, and am pear shaped with 38" hips. This is indeed stretchy through the hips and the upper body would be in no way unflattering if I was a bit broader. I just don't have the shoulder width to fill it out which is unfortunate because I love the dress.
The cut is very classy and although it's not lined, you don't need a slip because the fabric is modest. I also really like the length. This would look better on someone who is broader (or on me if I'd gotten a medium). If you have concerns about tight fitting arms, no worries because it has a nice drape across the chest and arms is roomy.
Unfortunately, not a keeper for me. My husband commented that maybe I had it on backwards and although the tag was in back, I flipped it around just being silly. It actually fit me better backwards, funny as that sounds, but I'd have to wear a tank or something underneath. We both really liked it, if I had the right fit.
