IFLYING Muscle Roller Stick With Professional Grade Trigger-Point Design for Relief Muscle Soreness - Calves, Quads, Hamstrings and Cramps
The kind folks at Flyzoe provided me with this 18" IFLYING Muscle Roller Stick (color: Red) in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
This is an excellent muscle pain relief tool, especially for leg and back pain. We own others, like this one (but they don't have handles like this one does), IFLYING Foam Roller EVA High Density Foam Trigger Point For Physical Therapy and Exercise - Ideal for Myofascial Release and Full Body Stiffness Relief (Purple)
The other style is good for leaning against to ease up stress knots. I like this one because it's easier to apply less pressure when you want less, and the smaller rolling action is more pleasurable than painful.
My husband recently had some sciatica pain and if you're familiar with it, it's not fun. Between cold packs and heat, here's what we use, My Heating Pad- Hot & Cold Therapy Pack - Back Pain Relief - Natural (Blue)
then this roller, we were able to loosen things up.
Afterwards, my favorite form of pain relief, is this, Biofreeze Pain Relief Spray, 16 Ounce Bottle with Pump, Colorless Formula, Pain Reliever
It's a natural spray that I've been using for a very long time and works wonders for my back pain.
The combination helped my husband's low back to leg pain as well. The stick roller over the bottom of your feet also feels fantastic and we keep it under my nightstand to keep handy.
This product is made in China. It's actually only about nine inches of actual roller, the rest is the handles but it's wide enough for comfortable use. The nine independent rollers feel so good and are a nice surprise. Perfect for stimulating circulation, whether working out or not.
My only complaint is that, if you get the silicone edges (where the handles meet the rollers) too close to the skin, they can pull at your hairs. So you want to be careful to run it over your legs, neck, and whatnot, centered, to not catch or uncomfortably pinch any hairs.
I like the other massage roller I mentioned but after trying this one, I wish the other had a roller through the middle with handles as well. Makes for a concise massage, without feeling the need to roll yourself on it.
Uploading some photos so you can get a closer look. This is a product I love and recommend whole heartedly. Smile. Hope this is helpful!
