The folks at Tom David Lewis were kind enough to provide me with this large canvas tote bag in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
First off, the dimensions in the product listing are somewhat questionable. I'm uploading some photos so you can see what my measuring looks like and gage for yourself.
This is a good quality bag. The khaki and brown colors arrived as pictured. I've had it for over four months but haven't used it a whole lot because of it's size. For me, this is too large (for my preference) to use daily as a regular purse.
My best use for this bag is for travel. I use a carry-on luggage when I fly, and put my regular purse inside of this, for my second carry-on item. I don't carry a huge bag normally but this way, I can carry on more convenience items. When traveling and not in use, it folds up inside my luggage.
I do like that it's quite lightweight for it's size and it's style is both versatile and not flashy. I like that it not only has two inside side pockets but also one on the outside.
All of the seams are in tact and the handles, snap closure strap, and zipper all seem well made. It feels like a good quality product and for currently under $11, I'd say this is an excellent value.
Canvas is durable and this is a bag that can definitely hold it's weight. I prefer a lighter interior color because it's easier to see inside of so that's nice with this bag. I wouldn't expect it for this low price but feet on the bottom of the bag would be nice because of it's light coloring.
The shape is exactly as pictured in the product photos. If you're wanting a bag you can put a file or portfolio in sideways (with other items in the bag), this will easily work.
When full, it will look lumpy, unless you keep flat items near the sides; I'm mildly OCD, lol. It does not keep it's shape or stand on it's own. You can fold it, as advertised, for storing when not in use.
It easily fits my organizer. If you're interested and unfamiliar, this is the one I use, love, and would recommend to others (as it makes switching purses super easy and convenient), Pouchee Purse Organizer Black Cotton

Love that I can zip the whole bag closed when I'd prefer to not have a whole lot visible or don't want anything to fall out if in the car or something.
Handle drop is lacking for my preference. I'm 5'2" and wear a US women's size 6, for reference. I can carry it by hand or on my forearm but I can't wear it over my shoulder, even wearing something sleeveless.
