This is a fantastic coat rack! My husband had it together in about a half hour without any problems. The instructions were clear and simple and all parts were included. A couple of the holes weren't threaded perfectly so he had to create his own thread to some degree but it worked out just fine.
The feet are adjustable for an unlevel floor. Ours is stable and even, without adjustments. It conveniently came with an allen wrench but he used his own ratchet set for the sake of time. There were no extra parts left over.
The finish is smooth and consistent, without any dings, rust or chips. Assembled it appears just as pictured and described online. It's weight is distributed well so it's not easily tipped over or unstable.
Overall, we love it and would recommend it to others. Our entry closet is a ways down the hall from our entry door, so this is efficient and convenient for us. As an added bonus, lol, my purse can either hang from above or balance on the umbrella holder below. For us, it holds hats, coats, umbrellas, and bags.
We've had this product in use for over a month but will update this review should our opinion of it change after more time. Looks great and seems well made. Would recommend to others.
