The kind folks at Office Products Pen provided me with this 48 pack of colored pencils and pouch in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
I am no artist but these colored pencils are gorgeous and write smoother than any other I've ever used. This is my second set of this kind and I've given some away as gifts.
The case has some imperfections but I think overall, at the current price of under $30, these are an excellent value! The design is convenient for travel and the case is worth having.
My husband thought it would make sense to put them in opposite of the product photos so the sharp ends would be protected by the brown flap (see last photo). I loved the idea except that a few had to be shoved in or left out because of where it's stitched (unless we removed some stitches). I didn't like the wrinkles it caused rolling them up, slightly OCD, lol.
The strap is designed to be used two different ways, as shown in the product pictures. It fits slightly loosely when rolled up. I rated these 4 stars because of the case because I think, for the price, you're paying for it. I'd rate the pencils 5 stars.
In any case, these would make a really nice gift for anyone who likes to draw! I'm uploading some photos that can say more than my words can. Buy with confidence. Smile. Hope this is helpful!
