The kind folks at Cooskin provided me with this Macbook Air (13 inch) Laptop Sleeve (Pink) in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
This sleeve is much nicer in person than I thought it looked online for a smaller laptop! My cousin has a 13 inch Macbook Air and this fits perfectly.
The PU (polyurethane) leather is soft and looks like real leather. The interior padding is sufficient for our needs. There is one exterior slip pocket, nicely designed, similar to the exterior of a briefcase pocket.
The stitches are all straight and sewn nicely, it appears to be built to last, and seems well made. The magnets in the stand/ closure seem strong for our use and feels well made also.
Included is a matching zipper closure bag which are similar in size to a small make-up bag. This could have various uses when traveling or just for carrying your laptop charging cord and a few small items. The bag's zipper pulls smoothly.
Inside the bag is a rolled up keyboard cover that fits over the Macbook Air keyboard perfectly. My cousin loves the cover because without it, her long fingernails often slip and hit the wrong keys. The cover adds some grip to the keyboard.
The look is simple and sophisticated, in my opinion. Would make an excellent gift for anyone needing to protect their 13 inch laptop. The size and added bag make it versatile, although it will not fit a large laptop, it is as advertised.
Love that it looks like a large clutch. The namebrand imprint is a small chinese character, not flashy, very classy. When you put your laptop on it, the stand provides a nice viewing angle making it more comfortable to type.
This item is made in China. It was delivered in a clear bag that could be used to protect it in when not in use. Convenient to have for shoes or handbags for travel as well.
Overall I think this is definitely a 5 star bag and provides adequate protection with a pretty look. I think for the current price of under $25, it's an excellent value for all that you receive.
We've been using this bag for almost three months now. It still looks beautiful and I think it will last nicely. Should it not hold up well after more use, I'll be sure to update this review.
