The kind folks at Geega provided me with this LED desk lamp in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
This is an awesome product, once I figured it out, lol. It is a bit larger than I'd expected from the pictures online but it doesn't take up too much real estate on our desk. If you want something especially small, I wouldn't say this is it.
In terms of light, this shines a mighty bright reading or work light! There are seven settings and in our opinion, even the lowest is pretty bright. If you want warm or mood lighting, this isn't it. This lamp is however a fantastic work or reading light and the settings give a nice selection to choose from.
When I first pulled it out of the box, I was confused by the buttons running off of the edge of the lamp and the exposed lights. Of course I realized that the buttons were along a sort of heavy duty sticker that was misplaced and goes over the lights. If you see the initial photo of it, you'll see what I mean. It was simple to put it properly into place and hasn't moved since (the space where it goes is indented) so I'm not rating it down for this. It hasn't effected it's performance and we really love the functionality of this lamp.
The range of motion for the light is excellent and the overall design is modern. I think the lamp's straight lines give it a sharp look and it would look good with most decor, especially contemporary styles.
I like the lamp's weight because it sits sturdy. I'm not concerned about it being top heavy or tipping over if I bump into it, reaching for something else on my desk. It has a very solid feel to it and seems well made.
The box it arrives in is larger than I'd expected but appropriate for gift giving. The light switch buttons are quite sensitive; I barely need to touch them for it to be responsive and it has worked consistently.
Being able to charge my cell phone from the USB port on it's side is a very convenient feature that makes this lamp really nice.
I've had this product in use for almost two months with no problems and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Should my opinion of it change after more use, then I'll be sure to update this review.
Uploading some photos so you can get a closer look and an idea of it's size (hence the picture in front of a door, lol). The last picture shows how much brighter this lamp is and less yellow, compared to the bedroom light above (which had one 60 watt and one 100 watt bulb in it). Buy with confidence. Smile.
