The kind folks at Angvns provided me with this dress (color: Navy Blue, size: Small) in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
I ordered this in a women's size Small and received it as pictured. For reference, I ordered according to the sizing information online and I'm 5'2". I typically wear a size 6, 32-34C bust, and am pear shaped with 38" hips.
This style dress is pretty flattering to almost any shape with a cut that loosens below the bust and is flattering around the hips. This fits me as it should and is very comfortable. If you want a looser fit, you can size up but I don't think it's necessary with this style.
The length is just right on me with my usual 3.5" heels. The fabric is of a nice weight. It's thick enough to hang nicely and not be see through, and it's quite soft. It's light enough to wear through Spring and Summer.
I machine washed it in cold water, as instructed, and hung dry. Didn't experience any shrinking, fading or pilling. I think this is fabric that will last for a long time since it's primarily polyester.
I washed it in a lingerie wash bag so that it wouldn't snag on other articles of clothing. If you don't already have some and are interested, these are sold here on Amazon and I recommend them, Allove® 3+1 Premium Laundry Wash Bags for Delicates, Sweater, Bras and Organizations(Allove1402)

I think for the current price of under $27, this is a good deal and would make a beautiful choice for day or evening wear. I wouldn't choose this for a formal event but it could be dressed up.
The cut is classy, while sexy with the wide neckline. It is cute with the included belt but has no belt loops so it is optional. I think it's a five star dress for most body types...
I'm rating it four stars simply because it's not super flattering with my wide hips. It's nice, not frumpy but not my first choice for wearing out either. Definitely a keeper in that it's perfect for maternity wear, a gorgeous style, and very comfortable.
No need to wear a specific type of bra or a slip because this lands where it should and is a modest fabric as is. Love an easy outfit! My favorite part is the sheering over the tops of the arms. Very elegant.
No loose seams. Uploading some photos so you can get a closer look at it upon arrival and see the wash instructions. Smile. Hope this is helpful!
