Artcome 12 Pieces Seafood Tools Set including 2 Lobster Crab Crackers and 10 Forks
The folks at Artcome were kind enough to provide me with this 12 piece set of seafood tools in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
We actually don't eat a ton of seafood at home but got these for the use of cracking nuts. We've used them with walnuts, brazil nuts, and hazelnuts and they work really well. Better than the nutcrackers I had that my mother had given me.
The forks work well for cutting loose the pieces caught up in the shells. They also work for horderves or grabbing olives from a tall jar. They are pretty sharp. Smile.
These arrived as pictured and described, with all 12 pieces included. No chemical smell. The nut or lobster crackers themselves are of good weight and I don't doubt they'll last for years.
My one piece of advice would be to be careful opening them. They were in a plastic wrapping that was a bit thin and one of the forks had broken through in shipping. It was inside of a box so no serious safety issue, just something to be mindful of.
We've had these in use for over a month. We've been handwashing them and they're holding up just fine, no rust or other issues. I think for their current price, they are a good value. Recommended.
