When the kind folks at Getron offered me this product in exchange for my unbiased review, I really wasn't expecting anything sturdy because of the low price they had it listed for.... Pleasantly surprised!
Although instructions with photos were included, I was a bit stumped on how to put this item together. My husband grabbed it from me and had it together in under a minute without glancing at the manual. (Show off! ; )
We are quite impressed with the thing, having owned a phone mount for the same price of this one and it was pretty much useless! This model is nice because you only need one hand to put your phone in it and to remove your phone from it...
Easy as pressing a button and it opens or closes, smoothly, like a soft close drawer! Very nicely designed and (once assembled, lol) user friendly to boot!
Love that there's no suction cup to deal with possibly coming off or anything that might mark up the car!
The rubber grips that hold the phone in place are super nice compared to others we've tried! Some are too shallow so you have to place your phone in just right but this one is deep enough to accommodate your phone even with a thick case on!
I rated it 5 stars and would definitely recommend it to others. Should my opinion change after more use than I will be sure to update this review.
