I bought these cut free gloves for my mom because she's been cutting herself more than ever while chopping vegetables. These work great for her and are better than we'd expected.
They allow her to cut foods without diminishing her dexterity (which was what we were afraid of). They're thin enough to be comfortable and not make her hot or clammy. She wouldn't wear them otherwise.
Being from Afghanistan, she loves to cook and does a ton of it! Slicing loads of carrots is what can often cause her issues but so far these are working well for her. We've just had them for about a month.
The size is perfect for arthritic hands. I took pictures on my very small (size 4.5 wedding ring if that says anything about the size) hands and you can see I'd have a bit of room to spare. For her these are perfect.
We haven't tried washing them yet but I'll update this review after doing so, regarding how they hold up. They look and feel well made. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to safeguard their most important cooking instruments. Smile. Hope this is helpful!
