The folks at Brightea were kind enough to provide me with this 200 gram bag of Green Tea - Dragon Well in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
Excellent green tea! I'm from Afghanistan and in my culture, people drink tea by the pot, lol. Having been raised here in the states, unlike the rest of my family, I'm a big coffee drinker. I tried this tea and it tasted better than other green tea I've tasted. I like green tea but personally prefer when it's Chai green tea.
My mom on the other hand is quite the tea connoisseur and immediately after trying this tea, she said it was the best green tea she'd ever had. She quickly enjoyed her second cup before tying the bag back up for the evening and has been enjoying it daily since.
She says it tastes very strong; the bag says it is low in caffeine content but she also over fills her tea infuser. My husband says it tastes grassy and I agree but not anymore than I think most green tea tastes. It doesn't have any funny aftertaste to it and we did not find it to be bitter.
I've had this tea for over two months, we keep the bag sealed when we're not drinking it and it still tastes as fresh as when we first opened it. I'm uploading some photos so you can get a closer look. Smile. Hope this is helpful!
