The kind folks at KingTop provided me with this White 6000 mAh Power Bank in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
Having recently experienced a power outage here in Washington, I was happy to have this powerbank! Unfortunately, the one I received was not pre-charged, so (lesson learned, lol!) I depended on a solar power one. This one has a higher mAh and I'll be ready for sure next time! I rated this 4 stars for that reason alone, otherwise I'd say it's a 5 star product.
Overall I am pleased with this charger! This is definitely a fantastic purchase for anyone who wants to be prepared in the event of an emergency or just travels a lot and doesn't like a dead battery.
It's delivered in a box suitable for gift giving and the charger's exterior is really sleek as you'll see in photos I'm uploading. It feels velvety smooth to my touch and seems to be covered in a textured silicone. The white and baby blue are true to color as pictured and it looks really nice when lit up in use.
Excellent design and user friendly to boot. Perfect for camping since it would be easily attached to your bag or for everyday use...
For reference, I have an HTC One M8 cell phone with a 2600 mAh battery, not a small battery to charge. This powerbank provides me with a full charge while using my phone online.
The short USB cable that is provided is flat and different from any others I have (see photo) so I thought I'd only be able to use it with this bank. Tested it out and it does work with other USB devices as well as this bank works with other USB cables.
Love the flat design of the cable, especially since this is not a tiny powerbank overall. It's about a quarter inch shorter and a quarter inch wider than my HTC One M8 phone. Depth is close to identical with my slim case on...
Should the capability of this powerbank or the quality in any way wear down with time, I will be sure to update this review. Based on my use thus far though, I would say, buy with confidence. Smile. Hope this is helpful!
