This product arrived as pictured and described. It is designed to hold up to 64, round, 3" bulbs but could really have multiple uses. It folds flat when not in use.
The dividers are stronger than your typical cardboard and overall I think this is well made. I rated it 4 stars because I don't know that it would really protect from moisture as listed. For our use though, it's perfect.
I've had this item in use for over two months, including through a move, and would recommend it without hesitation.
