The folks at Angvns were kind enough to provide me with this vintage retro dress (in Red, size: Medium) in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
For reference, I ordered according to the sizing information online and I'm 5'2". I typically wear a size 6, 32-34C bust, and am pear shaped with 38" hips. The length falls below the knees and it fits a bit snugly in every area on me.
The material is comfortable and soft. If you want a looser fit, you can size up but I don't think this style would look best loose. If you're in between sizes though, I'd recommend going up a size.
The fabric is of a nice weight. It's thick enough to hang nicely and not be see through. It's light enough to wear through Spring and Summer. No need to wear a specific type of bra or a slip, it's not lined but the fabric is modest. Love an easy outfit!
I machine washed it in cold water, as instructed, and hung dry. Didn't experience any shrinking, fading or pilling. I think this is fabric that will last for a long time since it's primarily polyester.
I washed it in a lingerie wash bag so that it wouldn't snag on other articles of clothing. If you don't already have some and are interested, these are sold here on Amazon and I recommend them, Allove® 3+1 Premium Laundry Wash Bags for Delicates, Sweater, Bras and Organizations(Allove1402)

I think for the current price of under $28, this is a good value. Perfect for office to evening wear. I wouldn't choose this for a formal event but it could easily be dressed up.
Love the 1940's/ 50's look and the sexy while elegant cut. My only dislike is that the belt hangs at a slight V, like the button hole should've been cut an inch smaller. I might add another button hole so it can be worn as it looks in the product photos (hence the 4 star rating rather than 5).
Overall, this dress is well made and has no loose seams. The zipper pulls smoothly and easily. I've had it for over two months and it's holding up like new.
