I haven't owned other bands to compare these to and I ordered these for all the wrong reasons so this won't likely make for a very helpful review!
I used to participate in marathons but it's been a few years since I got married and lately, well, exercise? I thought you said extra fries?! Just playing, I'm pretty healthy but in any case, not the model of working out.
So why'd I order these? Well I thought they'd be perfect for holding up a trash bag around a trashcan. Terrible, right, lol? Funny thing is, a stretchy headband would probably do the trick but these are quite heavy duty in comparison.
I was surprised with their quality, the resistance by level are accurate and these puppies are really strong! If you want to add to a good work out or some guidance with light stretching, you've found it with these.
A booklet of stretches and exercises are included. I've had these for a little over two months without any breaking (my unworked arms won't be breaking anything anytime too soon though) or stretching out. I'll be sure to update this review should anything change though.
