The folks at Ningger were kind enough to provide me with this dress (color: Green, size: Large) in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
I ordered off of the instructions in the product info: 'If You Wear US:M, Please Choose L, If Wear US:L, Please Choose XL...' I'm 5'2" and I typically wear a size 6, 32-34C bust, and am pear shaped with 38" hips.
I received a size Large, as ordered but it fit me like a tight XS on top. Since I'm not very broad, I can wear a US size XS or Small top (but typically go with a Medium dress because of my hips). This was so tight, my average size arms barely fit through and I had to really wiggle to get my bust in. I tried hard because I was excited about this dress, haha.
Unfortunately, my hips (or booty even, for that matter) didn't stand a chance at wiggling into this dress. I love the minty color, it actually is more seafoam but beautiful. The fabric is thin though, 100% polyester, it's not soft (kind of stiff/ rough), and it's not at all stretchy.
Rating it at two stars because the sizing is way off and the fabric is leaning towards see through thin. If the price is right and you decide to try this, definitely order up more than the product description advises.
Uploading some photos so you can see the wash instructions (they say machine wash, hand wash, and dry clean only...?) and get a closer look. Smile. Hope this is helpful!
