Confession, I did not just have a baby. I have recently gained some weight though, due to some health issues, so I figured I would give this belt a shot.
First off, I hadn't used one of these before but my mom, being a retired RN, has a few of these things. We did a comparison and both agreed this belt is much nicer than any of hers.
Support is quite strong! Seller helped me pick a size Small. I wear a women's size 6 right now, I'm curvy and pear shaped. The back support alone is amazing!
Here is the conversion for sizing:
Size S = 37" x 9"
Size M = 39" x 9"
Size L = 43" x 9"
Mine fits tight, as I think it should be, for slimming down the waist. I haven't used this for more than about 20 minutes yet but this would be great for under a shirt going out for a walk!
The stretch, stitching, velcros, and overall quality seem to be excellent. I will update this review some time down the road if anything changes.
