Plantar Fasciitis Socks with Arch Support - Foot Care Compression Sleeve Eases Swelling & Heel Spurs - Better than Night Splint Ankle Brace Support, Increases Circulation (Black L/XL)
The folks at Advetic were kind enough to provide me with these compression socks in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
I do not have Plantar Fasciitis but I do deal with occasional foot pain. I have back problems so I shouldn't but I do occasionally wear high heels and consequently, I deal with foot cramps and sometimes my toes painfully locking up. When that happens, I use some toe separators that help them unlock (similar to these but don't remember where I got them, somewhere locally), Flex Toe Stretchers and Separator - Pain Relief for Bunion - Plantar Fasciitis - Hammertoe. Flex Gel Straightener to Relieve Pain in Feet, Toes & Ball of Foot.
I don't deal with any swelling issues either but I do believe these would help for that. I've participated in a couple 3 day 60 mile walks and one 26 mile marathon run. Training for and participating in those, I wore compression socks that covered from my ankels to my calves and the tightness felt very similar to these. They kept me from getting too much swelling and helped keep my muscles warm to prevent injuries. So I know how valuable these things can be.
What I've been most appreciative for since receiving these is how they keep my feet warm. Being that they're made in China and don't have any wash instructions, I hesitated to try them on but wanted to make sure they fit so I went ahead. They felt so good on, these are definitely keepers!
I wear a size 7.5 shoe and ordered them in a Medium according to the sizing info in the product description. I'll wash them like my other compression socks, cold wash (in a lingerie wash bag) and hang dry.
My toes are still cold, lol but the compression over the top of my foot, under my arches, and around my ankles does bring the blood up and feel nice and warm. After an hour or so wearing these, my feet feel wonderful and I take them off.
I've always thought I might be a bit anemic but tests say my iron levels are normal. My whole body can be warm but my feet still freezing so I know my husband will be happy if these continue to help with that, lol. Definitely better than a thick pair of socks because of the compression but it would be nice if they came out with some that cover the toes too. Smile.
Uploading some photos so you can get a closer look. I'll be recommending these to everyone I know with foot problems or general foot pain. At their current pricing I feel these are an excellent value. Hope this helps.
