The folks at LXQ Shop were kind enough to provide me with this Bluetooth Headset (in Black) in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
This product is made in China. It arrived in a box I'd say is insufficient for gift giving because it arrives pretty crunched up looking (no damage to the earphones though, thankfully). I think these are a good value for currently under $20.
This is a good set of wireless 4.0 bluetooth headphones. My husband used to be a truck driver, for 11+ years, so he appreciates good earphones with noise cancelation (these aren't listed to have that) and we own more than a few sets.
I don't typically prefer the little buds that go in your ear canals (definitely a matter of personal preference). What I like about this style is having the mic below my mouth (apposed to my Jawbone where the mic doesn't work as well if not on my jaw just right).
These are comfortable and they fit my ears with the smaller provided ear buds. My ears are pretty small so some others fall out but these stay in place well. The fact that they are magnetized for when not in use is a convenient feature.
We haven't owned any real high end sets but the sound of these is consistent throughout our 1300 square foot home. Charge has held up well so far and I would say that is one of the nicer features.
The part that goes behind your neck is comfortable. I like that the buttons are a good size and not too difficult to locate. The off/on is an actual switch, so it's less easy to hit by mistake. They have a small blue light when on and overall have a sleek look.
Overall these are lightweight and they sound good, without breaking the bank. We've been using them for over three months now and would recommend them to others. Should anything change, I'll be sure to update this review.
