Good Dual Car Charger..... See Photos~, The kind folks at Xcsource Direct provided me with this White Dual Car Charger in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
I've owned quite a few car chargers over the years and I like that this one is not too large compared to some others. Our cigarette lighter has a small door over it (see photo) and it's nice when it's not in use and the charger doesn't cause it to stick out too much.
This item is made in China. It includes short circuit and overcharging protection so you don't have to stress that this product might cause some of the common problems caused by older technology.
With 3.1 Amps of power, this product is designed so that you can charge two of your devices simultaneously and at full speed. If you want fast, you've found it with this product. I've tested it both with my HTC One M8 cell phone and Google Nexus 7 (new gen) tablet.
It has a blue LED ring around it, that lights up when it's plugged in correctly so you'll never arrive somewhere to a dead device, you thought had been charging. This is a feature I find valuable and also helps when you're trying to locate your charger in a dark car.
I've had this item in use for a little over a month without problems and would recommend it to others. Should anything change regarding it's quality, I'll be sure to update this review.
