The folks at Ningger were kind enough to provide me with this Zealmer Women's Flare Long Sleeve With Lace Vintage Shift Dress (color: Black, size: Large) in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...

I ordered based on the instructions in the product description: 'If You Wear US:M, Please Choose L, If Wear US:L, Please Choose XL...' I'm 5'2" tall and typically wear a size 6 (32C bust, 29" waist, and am pear shaped with 38" hips).

I received a size Large as ordered but it fit me like a Small on top. Since I'm not very broad, I can wear a US size XS or Small top (but typically go with a Medium dress because of my hips). This was tight through the arms, my average size arms just fit through.

The rest of the dress is pretty tent like and very short. The fabric is thin, like nylon thin, and it's not at all stretchy. The design on the arms is cute but I'd prefer if the dress actually had some fabric. I wouldn't wear this without a slip.

Rating it at two stars because the fabric is see through thin. If the price is right and you decide to try this, definitely order up as the product description advises. If your arms are at all a concern, I'd skip this one.

Mine didn't have a tag to share the fabric blend or wash instructions. Overall, this didn't do anything for my figure so unfortunately, not a keeper for me.

If you have thin arms and want something loose to wear over a long cami or slip, this could work for you. Personally, I wouldn't pay over 10 bucks for it.

Uploading some photos so you can get a closer look and see what I mean. I hung it in front of a window so you can see how thin it is. Hope this is helpful!
