The kind folks at Herou provided me with this adjustable strap slip (color: Black, size Medium) in exchange for sharing my unbiased review...
Beautiful slip. Fits like a glove and looks like it does on the model. Straps are adjustable and overall feel is stretchy, quite soft, and comfortable. This product is made in China. No loose seams and the lace edging is beautiful, soft, and stretchy as well.
For reference, I ordered according to the sizing information in the last product photo and I'm 5'2". I typically wear a size 6, 32-34C bust, 29" waist, and am pear shaped with 38" hips.
The medium fits properly and is forgiving since it's pretty stretchy. I like the cut, and it washes up nicely. I washed it in a lingerie wash bag and hung dry. It has kept it's shape nicely, after more than a month of use, no pilling or fading.
With the straps tightened up, it's length is shorter than most of my dresses and skirts that are above knee length and loosened, it can ride low on the bust and provide a bit more leg coverage. Perfect for under a short skirt or dress but good for under more modest lengths as well.
I'll be wearing it as a nightie and possibly, occasionally as a slip. The description says it can be worn for any occasion. I wouldn't suggest that, it is not totally see through though so if you wanted to, I suppose you could. It definitely looks like a slip to me though and my husband agrees. Smile.
